5, Super Mp3 Converter was working great previously, but now when I run the program, it does not show on my screen. How can I correct this?
The software window is most likely off of the viewing area of your screen. Therefore, when you start the program, and it does not display on the screen, double click the taskbar tray icon you see at the right bottom of your desktop or click your right mouse button over the Super Mp3 Converter icon, then select Open Main Window to bring the window back to the front.

6, Can't convert from WMA files - "Error occurred while opening the input file"
Please upgrade the Super Mp3 Converter to version 5.0 and you can convert WMA files successfully.
