AMR
AMR stands for Adaptive Multi-Rate. This format was designed to store speech audio. And it was accepted as a standard codec for speech by 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).
This format is quite widespread because of its used in cell phones.
OGG Vorbis
OGG files allow storing not only audio but also video information inside. This format is free and there are lots of codecs on the market which support this format.
Note that OGG is just a container format and to read information inside of it you will need specific codes like MP4, MP3, etc.

M4A
M4A is subset of MP4 format. Technically M4A is exactly the same format as MP4. At the same time this file extension was created to store only audio information.
But there are cases when MP4 files will store only audio and M4A files will store videos. Thus there is no major differences between these formats.
